• Paul Mobley

    Executive Chairman & CFO
    Paul Mobley has been Executive Chairman of the Board and Chief Financial Officer since November 2014. Prior to that, Mr. Mobley was Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer since December 1991. He has been a director and executive employee of the company since 1974. From 1975 to 1987, Mr. Mobley was also a significant shareholder and president of a private company which owned and operated 17 Arby’s franchise restaurants. Prior to joining Noble Roman’s in 1974, Mr. Mobley was a practicing CPA and headed his own private accounting firm. Mr. Mobley has a B.S. in Business Administration from Indiana University and is a CPA. He is the father of A. Scott Mobley.

  • Scott Mobley

    President & CEO
    Scott Mobley has been President and Chief Executive Officer since November 2014. Prior to November 2014, Mr. Mobley was President and Chief Operating Officer since 1997. He has served as a director since 1992. Mr. Mobley was Vice President from 1988 to 1997, and from 1987 until 1988 he also served as Director of Marketing for the company. Prior to joining the Noble Roman’s, Mr. Mobley was the Strategic Planning Analyst for Lithonia Hi-Tek, a subsidiary of Lithonia Lighting Company. Mr. Mobley has a B.S. in Business Administration, Magna cum Laude, from Georgetown University, and a Masters in Business Administration from Indiana University. He is the son of Paul W. Mobley.

  • Troy Branson

    Executive Vice President
    Troy Branson has been Executive Vice President for the company since 1997, and from 1992 to 1997, he was Director of Business Development. Before joining the company, Mr. Branson was owner of Branson-Yoder Marketing Group from 1987 to 1992. Mr. Branson has a B.S. in Business from Indiana University.

  • Todd Beckley

    Vice President of Creative Services
    Todd is responsible for the design, execution and overall strategy of all creative communications as well as monitoring the design integrity of the brand within the franchise system. Todd joined the company in 2002, and has held various leadership positions with the company until becoming Vice President in 2025. Prior to joining Noble Roman’s, he spent 12 years in leadership positions in retail design with Finishline, Inc. and Paul Harris, Inc.. Todd has a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Ball State University.

  • Chris Puderbaugh

    Controller
    Chris has been the company’s Corporate Controller since May 2025. Prior to joining Noble Roman’s, Chris was the Chief Financial Officer for nearly ten years at 3D Stone, Inc. in Bloomington, IN. Additionally, he spent over 23 years with AZO Services in various roles including Assistant Controller for a significant portion of his tenure. Chris attended Indiana Wesleyan University and Eddison State College.

  • Terry Farabaugh

    Director of Operations
    Terry is responsible for the development and opening coordination of new non-traditional and Craft Pizza & Pub units as well as the operational results of existing units. Terry joined Noble Roman’s in 1990 as a General Manager, and has held positions in multi-unit supervision prior to becoming Director of Operations in 2015. Additionally, Terry has experience owning and operating his own company of multi-unit franchises. Before coming to Noble Roman’s he spent five years in management with the Golden Corral Corporation. Terry attended Clarion University in Pennsylvania.
