Paul Mobley
Paul Mobley has been Executive Chairman of the Board and Chief Financial Officer since November 2014. Prior to that, Mr. Mobley was Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer since December 1991. He has been a director and executive employee of the company since 1974. From 1975 to 1987, Mr. Mobley was also a significant shareholder and president of a private company which owned and operated 17 Arby’s franchise restaurants. Prior to joining Noble Roman’s in 1974, Mr. Mobley was a practicing CPA and headed his own private accounting firm. Mr. Mobley has a B.S. in Business Administration from Indiana University and is a CPA. He is the father of A. Scott Mobley.

A. Scott Mobley
Scott Mobley has been President and Chief Executive Officer since November 2014. Prior to November 2014, Mr. Mobley was President and Chief Operating Officer since 1997. He has served as a director since 1992. Mr. Mobley was Vice President from 1988 to 1997, and from 1987 until 1988 he also served as Director of Marketing for the company. Prior to joining the Noble Roman’s, Mr. Mobley was the Strategic Planning Analyst for Lithonia Hi-Tek, a subsidiary of Lithonia Lighting Company. Mr. Mobley has a B.S. in Business Administration, Magna cum Laude, from Georgetown University, and a Masters in Business Administration from Indiana University. He is the son of Paul W. Mobley.

Douglas H. Coape-Arnold
Doug Coape-Arnold has been an independent Director of the company since 1999. Mr. Coape-Arnold has extensive experience in corporate finance, securities markets and trading. Mr. Coape-Arnold has been Managing General Partner of Geovest Capital Partners, L.P. since 1997, and was Managing Director of TradeCo Global Securities, Inc. from 1994 to 2002.

Jeffrey Roberts
Jeffrey earned a B.S. in Finance and Marketing and a J.D., cum laude, from Indiana University. He began his career as a financial analyst before practicing law in Chicago and Indianapolis with national and mid-sized firms, as well as serving as in-house counsel for a real estate development company. In 2011, he co-founded a Carmel-based law firm that has grown to ten attorneys, where he manages the firm and leads its litigation practice covering business contracts, employment law, franchise and shareholder disputes, oppression claims, unfair competition claims, restrictive covenants, as well as complex civil defense matters, such as defending organizations and businesses in matters of professional negligence and medical malpractice defense. Jeffrey has extensive experience in negotiating complex settlements and appearing in court for contested hearings and trials.
